Vadim Mogirev
The last 25 years worked in the centralized supervisory control
UPS of Russia (USSR) -Head
Chief of Department CDO United Power System of Russia. He
participated in the adoption of virtually all
major decisions on the development of the EEC and in all
international projects, including the elaboration of issues on
the transition to parallel UPS of Russia with ECO Europe.
An active participant in almost all seminars Rudenko.
