Professor of Gdansk
University of Technology, Poland, received Ph.D. in 1981 and D.Sc.
in 2003. Since 2006 to 2012 in charge of the Division for Automatics
at the Faculty of Electrical and Control Eng. Member of the board of
the Polish Safety and Reliability Association. From 2009 the leader
of the Programme Committee No. 8 for Functional Safety and
Reliability within the Polish Inspectorate (UDT CERT), Warsaw
dealing with certification programmes and procedures of specialists
and experts responsible for functional safety (IEC 61508, IEC 61511,
EN 62061 and IEC 61513).
