is the Head of the Department of Mathematics and Physics at the
Naval University (Gdynia, Poland).

participant of many scientific project.
He is the author or co-author of more than a hundred scientific
papers, course books and books such as ‘Some problems of
stochastic processes’ (1979), ‘Mathematical Operational
Research Basics (1981), ‘Bayesian methods in reliability and
diagnostics’ (2001) , ‘Semi-Markov reliability models of
reliability and operation’ (2002), ‘Some problems of modeling
the transport systems’ (2003), ‘The functions of random
arguments on the issues of reliability, safety and logistics’ (2009)
