Arnold Rezinovski

Winner of State Prize of Russia in science and technology
1926 b. In 1961 he graduated from Kiev Higher
Engineering School radioengineering defense forces of the USSR.
From 1961 to 1979 he served on the "Kapustin Yar-1" (first
researcher, and since 1969 - Head of reliability), where he led and
personally participated in the development of techniques and testing the
reliability of all developed in those years, ASU and air defense radar.
In 1971 he defended his thesis on the topic: "Integrated
study of the influence of the intensity of exploitation,
char-acteristics of control, preventive maintenance and treatment of
combat use on the reliability of CEA BH.
In 1975, for achievements in the tests was given the
rank of "senior researcher".
Methodological aspects of the thesis and the practice
of firing range tests were the basis of the monograph "Tests reliability
of radio electronic complexes "(Publishers Radio & Communications,
1985).
After transfer to the reserve from 1979 to 1983,
continued to work at the site, but as a representative of the
reliability of the major creator of ASU defense - the Moscow Institute
of Instrument Automation (in the laboratory EV Dzirkal).
From 1984 to present - Senior Research Officer FSI
"22 TSNIII Russian Defense Ministry, participated in the development of
interstate and national standards for the reliability of military
equipment, as well as to introduce elements of the military-technical
examination of the reliability of the process of their creation (or upgrade)
at each stage of the development stage.
In 1998, for participation in the creation and
implementation KGVS "Frost-6" was awarded the Russian State Prize
laureate in science and technology.
In 2001 - 2006 years. participated in the development
of six projects GOST RV new set of standards, "Reliability of military
equipment.

contains about 200 works (of which up to 80 print publications).
